Honey and Lemon mix beautifully with Bergamot & Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey. It’s the bees knees!

Ingredients:
  1. 40ml Single Shot
  2. 20ml Lemon Juice
  3. 15ml Honey
  4. Dash of dandelion and burdock bitters
  5. Garnish: Lavender Sprig
Method:
  • Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake over ice.
  • Fine strain into a cocktail glass.
