- 60ml MGC Melbourne Dry Gin
- 10ml Manzanilla Sherry (dry Spanish sherry)
- 30ml Grapefruit sherbet*
- Maraschino cherry
- Thai basil
- A sprig of rosemary
- *To Make the Grapefruit Sherbet...2:1 grapefruit juice to sugar
- Build over cubes of ice in a tall glass and garnish with maraschine cherry, thai basil and a sprig of rosemary.
