Meet the iconic MoVida’s latest gastronomic adventure – The MoVida x MGC collaboration which has yielded a unique Spanish-Australian Gin!

Botanical information

With Spanish riffs on an Australian base line, the classic MCG flavour profile has been tweaked, pulling back on Angelica and Cassia, winding up the grapefruit peel and rosemary, then layering the essential tones of Spain across the top in the form of top notch Pimenton and fresh Bay Leaf.

The resulting gin is layered with lifted florals and sweet herbs, bay holding the nose, Pimenton cascading across the palate.

Serving Suggestion

It’s brilliant with a splash of tonic and a wedge of lemon. It also makes a pretty wild Martini if you kick the vermouth out and replace it with Manzanilla… We love it, we’re immensely proud of it, and we hope you love it too!
