ONLINE STORE POLICY

Within 2 working days of your payment being processed, we will assemble your order and send it to you from our distillery in Gembrook (Victoria) via Australia Post.

After despatch from the distillery please allow 5-7 business days for package to be delivered via Australia Post, and longer for WA and NT.

We will do our best to get gin to you as soon as possible, however MGC does not guarantee delivery on the date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or anywhere outside of Australia. Unfortunately, NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS available. Our apologies for any inconvenience!

Melbourne Gin Company cannot deliver to persons under the age of 18 years, and we may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age.

RETURNS POLICY

Quality is important to us. We will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer’s defects with The Melbourne Gin Company written permission. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery. Only orders placed via our online store can be returned to The Melbourne Gin Company.

Upon agreement, to return an item to us, simply pack your item and invoice into a post-safe box and please send your parcel back to us by registered mail to:
