Ingredients:
- 30ml MGC Melbourne Dry Gin
- 20ml Grapefruit sherbet (2:1 grapefruit juice to sugar)
- 100ml Gembrook Hill Blanc de Blancs (sparkling wine)
Method:
- Add MGC Melbourne Dry Gin to a champagne flute along with the Grapefruit Sherbet.
- Top with Gembrook Hill Blanc de Blanc.
