Ingredients:
  1. 30ml MGC Melbourne Dry Gin
  2. 20ml Grapefruit sherbet (2:1 grapefruit juice to sugar)
  3. 100ml Gembrook Hill Blanc de Blancs (sparkling wine)
Method:
  • Add MGC Melbourne Dry Gin to a champagne flute along with the Grapefruit Sherbet.
  • Top with Gembrook Hill Blanc de Blanc.
