Ingredients:

1. 4 ice cubes
2. 60ml MGC gin
3. 120ml CAPI Dry Tonic Water
4. 15ml Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
5. Garnish: Grapefruit zest

Method:

• Add Melbourne Dry Gin to a glass and top with CAPI Dry Tonic.
  Add freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and garnish with grapefruit zest.
