- 60ml MGC
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 30ml Macadamia orgeat (syrup)
- 15ml Egg white
- 1 dash Bittermans hopped grapefruit bitters
- Method: Combine all ingredients in a tin.
- Dry shake (shaking without the ice) to combine and emulsify egg whites.
- Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a cocktail glass.
