So you think you can shake? Take the party north a notch with this intriguing blend of bitter and sweet.

  1. 60ml MGC
  2. 30ml Lemon juice
  3. 30ml Macadamia orgeat (syrup)
  4. 15ml Egg white
  5. 1 dash Bittermans hopped grapefruit bitters
  • Method: Combine all ingredients in a tin.
  • Dry shake (shaking without the ice) to combine and emulsify egg whites.
  • Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a cocktail glass.
