We’re thrilled to share our NEW limited release Pineau De Gembrook AKA ‘PDG’ with you! The Melbourne Gin Company distiller and Gembrook Hill Vineyard winemaker, Andrew Marks has combined his twin passions of gin and grapes to produce an utterly unique and contemporary classic.

This aromatic mistelle is made with freshly pressed Sauvignon Blanc juice from the Gembrook Hill Vineyard, fortified with uncut MGC Single Shot Gin, and barrel-aged for 16 weeks.

A vintage product that captures time and place in a refreshingly audacious and delectable new drink.

A lush aroma and palate of bergamot, lychees and ginger with perfect balance from the grape’s natural sweetness and zesty citrus tones. A seductively unique combination of flavours that are quite simply delicious.
